Wedding Shower!
So I recently attended a wedding shower and there was that activity where you have to make a wedding dress out of a roll of toilet paper.
Just thought I would share with you, my FAB creation!
Its a V neck style; her under shirt is white so don't get confused.

Livvi Franc
It has been a long time coming but I am sure that you will all agree that this blog has been well worth the wait! She is young, beautiful and Bajan (Barbadian).

Who is Livvi Franc in a nutshell?
I am a simple girl that likes simple things, no fluff. I love to be a clown and goof around.
I love food. O love going to the movies. I love love.
I'm sensitive. I'm a deep thinker. I daydream a lot. I like being spontaneous.
That wasn't really a nutshell tho..how about Livvi Franc in an eggshell? lol
Where are you based and how hard was it for you to decide to pursue this career?
"I'm based in La La Land...where La La's live. It wasn't too difficult..someone told me I should so I did! And the rest is historyyy..."
She means that she is in L.A., California :)
How would you describe your music?
It's all feel good, happy but not cheesy, fun but not annoying music. It represents where I'm from (BIM!) and my carefree outlook on life, embracing good people, love and sunshine.
How do you write songs? What inspires you?
Sometimes the music I'm writing a song to inspires me. Sometimes I'll be driving down the freeway and have a great idea or line pop into my head so I type it in my phone (don't text and drive!)
What are you currently working on?
I am currently writing songs for other artists taking a little break from my album...I needed a new perspective and it's going great so far! A song I wrote made it onto Kelly Clarkson's album...it's entitled "The War Is Over" go buy it! I also wrote a song on Britney Spears' Femme Fatale album and have co-written new artist Avery's next single and Jason Derulo's next single also. It's exciting and I'm writing songs everyday where I'm saying to myself "Where did THAT come from??? Musta dropped right outta heaven!" lol
Who do you want to work with in the future? I'd love to work with No Doubt, Will.I.Am, Max Martin and Shakira...random I know..but they're just the first ones that popped into my head.
The lesson you will never forget.
Don't focus so much on your insecurities, because then others will.
Whats your beauty regime?
I don't really have much of one...I just wash my face with a lavender, orange peel organic face wash thingy and use face cream before I apply makeup because it's so dry out here in LA. I'm pretty "watever" about my skin...many nights I can't be arsed to even take off my make-up. I'm lucky to not have had acne (knocks on wood)....
Two (2) make up products you cant do with out.
MAC Espresso eye shadow which I use to fill in my eyebrows and my MAC studio fix foundation powder.
Whats your fitness programme like?
I used to be very strict with exercise but now I get to the gym when I can (more like when I feel it which is getting less and less often). But when I do go I do some cardio on the elliptical and then do all over weight lifting and ab stuff.
Three (3) must haves in your wardrobe:
Thick-waisted-don't- dig-in-and-give-you-muffin-top leggings,
Doc Marten boots
and long stretchy tanks in all different colours.
Fave outfit u wore recently:
Hmmm..that's a hard one..I don't have a pic but I wore leggings (of course) with a black tank, knee high black boots and my suede tan coloured jacket with fluff on the inside...comfy but still stylish outfit :)
What type of guys do like?
Well I'm currently in a relationship so I could describe my loverrr coz he's all I could ask for (i get mushy): caring but still with an edge to him, cute, mysterious, creative, loves music and food, I can depend on him to look after me, intelligent and free-spirited..I could go on and on.
Top 2 songs on your ipod
Well I checked in my 25 most played playlist and the top 2 are It takes A Muscle by M.I.A and Eyes On Fire by Blue Foundation.
What do you do for fun?
I go out for a meal and go to the movies...as I said..simple girl.

Red Lips
Red Lips are one of those things that many ladies admire and never dare to try. That used to be me... On a night out checking out a chick, giving her the female version to the male "up down" and freezing at her face, envious of those luscious red lips, wishing that I could look as good as her in redstick....well! that's the past! I'm now her (I hope! lol)
A stroll through Limegrove with a few girlfriends saw us inevitably in the M.A.C store. I'm the simple one when it comes to makeup. The other two know their stuff. I shyly whispered to my girl (a budding makeup artist) "I want a nice shade of red..."
I mean I was in MAC... there had to be something in there to suit me right!? And indeed there was! I chose two which the MAC girl tried on me. I immediately loved both but all 3 of them agreed that Ruby Woo Retro Matte Lipstick was the winner.
But of courseee the lady hadn't just put the lipstick on. My lips were first lined with a red lip liner and since the lipstick was matte, Love Alert Dazzleglass was added on top.
Ok, so this moment that I am describing right here, was a realisation of a dream. There I was staring into a mirror looking at THE red lips! and those lips were on my face.
Needless to say, I bought all 3 products AND I didn't wipe it off. I left the store feeling FAB in my new red lips!
I found my prefect shade of red, now I dare you to go find yours :)

I am NOT wearing JEANS today!!!
You have just come out the shower and already you are sweating. It's THAT HOT outside! Even though you know you will look great, the thought of struggling into your skinny jeans almost makes you want to cry. So what are your options?
1. The Summer Dress
This is a must have for your wardrobe. Actually its a must have multiplied by 3, or by 4...
2. Shorts
Whether its made of the J-word or of a nice floral cotton material, these babies are life savers! Try them at varying lengths depending on the occasion. Doesnt matter so long as your legs get to breathe!
3. Lightweight Pants
No but seriously, any pants that are not of the J stuff will do. These pants are of a lovely soft material and feature a tapered silhouette, elasticised wasitband and self-belt. I think this may be love at first sight!
4. Simple skirt
Tuck a vest in or wear a simple crop top and you are good to go!
5. Bikini!
Cancel all your plans and hit the beach! xoxo
